Booking policy

Booking fees reserve workshop time and are credited to the service unless agreed otherwise. Refunds and deductions are subject to the agreed terms and statutory rights.
One free appointment change requires at least 72 hours notice. Further changes and shorter-notice changes may incur a fair, disclosed charge reflecting administration and actual net loss. Statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your appointment.
Use the designated parking area and do not block the garage entrance.

Starting within the cancellation period

This choice is required only if you want the service to start during an applicable 14-day cancellation period. Otherwise choose an appointment after that period or contact us before paying.

I expressly request PPG to begin the booked service during any applicable 14-day cancellation period. If I cancel before completion, I understand I may owe a proportionate amount for work supplied. I acknowledge that, for a service-only contract, my statutory change-of-mind cancellation right is lost once the service is fully performed following this request. My rights concerning defective work remain unaffected.
