Mobile or workshop?
Mobile is for straightforward OBD remaps. The workshop is for everything that needs controlled conditions.
A mobile appointment is best when the vehicle is healthy, accessible and supported by OBD. The Newtownards workshop is best when diagnostics, bench access, ramp access, battery support or road testing matter.

How much is mobile ECU remapping?
Mobile ECU remapping is £275 including VAT for supported OBD vehicles within 12 miles of BT23.
Do you cover all of Northern Ireland?
No. Mobile remapping is normally limited to a 12-mile radius from BT23. If you are outside that area, book the Newtownards workshop or contact PPG with the address.
Can every remap be done mobile?
No. Some vehicles need bench, boot, ECU unlocking, stable workshop power, deeper diagnostics or ramp access. Those are workshop jobs.
How long does it take?
Supported OBD vehicles usually take around 60-90 minutes once the vehicle is ready and the location is suitable.
Can you remap a car with a warning light?
Usually no. Warning lights, limp mode, DPF faults, AdBlue faults, boost issues and clutch slip should be diagnosed before tuning is considered.
