Customer responsibilities & service limits

This solution is supplied exclusively for dedicated off-road and competition performance use, subject to applicable site and event rules. PPG does not authorise, endorse or represent DPF deletion as suitable for public-road use or as a way to pass an MOT or emissions inspection.

By requesting this work, the customer confirms the intended off-road use, acknowledges that removal of a manufacturer-fitted DPF makes the vehicle illegal for public-road use and fails the MOT DPF inspection, and agrees not to use the modified vehicle on public roads. DPF deletion does not repair underlying engine or vehicle faults; those faults require separate diagnosis and repair. The customer acknowledges that physical deletion permanently alters the original DPF and cannot be reversed by software. Returning the vehicle to lawful road use requires replacement compliant emissions hardware and the appropriate ECU software. The customer is responsible for arranging suitable transport, observing site and event rules, and accurately declaring modifications where required.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the customer releases PPG from claims and liability arising directly from the customer's unauthorised public-road use of the modified vehicle or breach of these off-road restrictions. The customer agrees to indemnify PPG against reasonable, legally recoverable third-party claims, losses and costs directly caused by that unauthorised use or breach, to the extent attributable to the customer's actions.

This release and indemnity do not cover PPG's negligence, breach of contract or breach of statutory duty. Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or the customer's statutory rights.
